30-Day Return and Refund Policy

At Juce, we want you to shop with confidence and satisfaction. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all purchases.

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Customized or personalized items, final sale or clearance products, and items damaged due to misuse or negligence are non-returnable.

To process a return, contact us through CONTACT PAGE with your order details and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable. Ship the item back to us within 7 business days after receiving return approval.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as wrong or defective items.

We offer exchanges for eligible items. Follow the same process as returns and specify that you’d like an exchange.
